Original Ordinance No. 1814, amending the Zoning District Map of the City of Laramie, Wyoming, by rezoning an area of approximately 1.05 acres, from the C2 (commercial) Zoning District to the R3 (multiple family) Zoning District  (Location: west side of 800-1100 block of Colorado Avenue; Applicant: Habitat for Humanity).   Introduction and First Reading August 18, 2010.   Second Reading September 21, 2010.  Thrid Reading October 5, 2010. Public Hearing:  9/14/2010.
